I Do Not Believe You Need to Become Someone New

I believe you need access to yourself again.

That may mean making a decision without putting it on trial for days. Saying no without changing your answer because someone is disappointed. Resting before exhaustion forces you to stop. Speaking before resentment or shutdown takes over. Having a difficult day without escaping through food, work, control, or self-criticism.

Or maybe you cannot name the pattern yet. You only know that you are exhausted by how much energy it takes to manage yourself and uncertain of what you genuinely want.

I created Congruence Collective to help you understand what repeatedly pulls you away from yourself and build the ability to respond differently when it matters.

The goal is not perfection. It is being able to hear yourself, trust yourself, and participate fully in your life—even when the decision is difficult and the outcome is uncertain.

ABOUT CONGRUENCE COLLECTIVE

Congruence Collective is a coaching and embodied-wellness practice for people who understand their patterns intellectually but still struggle to change them when the real moment arrives.

A repeating pattern rarely stays in one area of life. The pressure affecting food or work may also shape your relationships, boundaries, rest, emotions, and decisions. What appears to be several separate problems may be one larger pattern expressing itself in different ways.

My work connects the thoughts, emotions, beliefs, judgments, physical responses, relationships, and experiences shaping what you do. We look beyond the final behavior to understand what developed throughout your life, what keeps it active now, and what must become possible for you to respond differently.

Congruence is what begins to happen when what you know, feel, value, say, and do stop pulling in opposite directions. Your choices begin reflecting the life that actually belongs to you.

WHY CONGRUENCE COLLECTIVE?

I did not create Congruence Collective after one breakthrough and decide I had the answer for everyone.

I created it through years of living these questions, studying how meaningful change happens, completing formal training, coaching people privately and in groups, and witnessing what becomes possible when someone finally understands the pattern they have spent years blaming themselves for.

I know how exhausting it is to recognize that something is not working, analyze it repeatedly, and still return to the same response when the moment becomes real.

What changed my life was not another instruction. It was learning to see the beliefs, fears, judgments, past experiences, and protective responses beneath my behavior. I stopped treating every struggle as proof that something was wrong with me and began working with the cause instead of repeatedly punishing the outcome.

That experience led me into this profession, but lived experience alone is not what qualifies me to guide someone else.

I have devoted years to training, coaching, continued study, and refining how I support people. I created Congruence Collective because awareness is not the end of the road. You can understand why a pattern developed without excusing its impact, and you can receive meaningful support without being made to feel broken or dependent.

I am deeply invested in helping people reclaim the self-trust, choice, energy, and confidence these patterns have taken from their lives.

TRAINING & EXPERIENCE

My work is grounded in lived understanding, formal training, professional coaching experience, and continued study.

I am a Certified Somatic and Nervous System Coach and Behavior Change Coach, trained through the Institute for Coaching Mastery. My training includes transformational and trauma-informed coaching, somatic and nervous-system work, emotional processing, parts work, pattern recognition, mindfulness, embodiment, and behavior change.

I have coached private clients since 2024 and led group programs, workshops, somatic experiences, meditation, breathwork, creative reflection, and movement. I am also a certified yoga and barre instructor and have facilitated experiences within wellness, recovery, educational, professional, and community settings.

My approach is trauma-informed and remains within the scope of coaching. I work with care, consent, and respect for how past experiences may shape present beliefs, relationships, emotions, physical responses, and behavior. Coaching is not therapy, medical care, diagnosis, crisis support, or clinical treatment. When someone needs another form of care, I communicate that honestly.

Credentials matter. So do attention, integrity, discernment, continued learning, and seeing the person in front of me instead of forcing their life into a predetermined method.

That is the standard I bring to this work.
