A Different Way To Create Change
You do not need another instruction. You need to understand what takes over when the moment is real.
You may know what you want to change and still repeat the pattern when fear, guilt, pressure, shame, or uncertainty enters the moment.
Together, we look beneath the final behavior, identify what keeps the pattern in place, and build responses you can use in real life. You do not need the perfect explanation before you begin. Bring what keeps repeating. We will start there.
Ways We Can Work Together
Private Coaching
-
Private coaching is the most individualized and in-depth way to work with me. You may arrive with one visible problem—a relationship pattern, difficult decision, boundary, food or body-image cycle, recurring behavior, or the feeling that you cannot trust yourself to follow through. Together, we identify the larger pattern creating it and work toward change you can use in your actual life.
-
This work is for people who are tired of repeating the same experience in different forms. You may struggle with overthinking, perfectionism, people-pleasing, procrastination, overworking, emotional eating, shutdown, difficult decisions, inconsistent follow-through, weak boundaries, relationship patterns, or uncertainty about what you genuinely want. You do not need to be in crisis or arrive with perfect self-awareness.
-
Most sessions take place through Zoom, with limited in-person availability by arrangement. You can bring a recent situation, recurring behavior, difficult emotion, relationship dynamic, or decision. I listen closely, help slow the pattern down, reflect what I genuinely see, and support you in practicing a response that better reflects your needs, values, capacity, and present life. The work is personal—not a script or generic program.
-
The purpose is not only to understand yourself during a session. It is to recognize patterns sooner, make decisions without putting them on trial for days, hold boundaries without immediately abandoning them, communicate before resentment or shutdown takes over, and follow through without requiring panic or shame. Over time, you build self-trust through the experience of responding differently when it matters.
Group Coaching
-
Group coaching brings people together around a shared area of growth while allowing each person to apply the work to their own life. Return to Yourself is my signature group experience for people who are tired of living according to fear, pressure, old roles, and everyone else’s expectations. The group adds something private work cannot always provide: the relief of realizing you are not alone.
-
This option is for people who want meaningful personal work within a guided, supportive community. You may be ready to understand your patterns, reconnect with what you need and want, and strengthen self-trust without having to carry the process alone. You will be invited to participate honestly, but you will never be required to disclose every detail or perform vulnerability.
-
Group experiences may include live teaching, guided coaching, reflection, conversation, mindfulness, embodiment, somatic practices, movement, and ways to apply the work between sessions. We explore shared themes together, but you use the material in the context of your own relationships, boundaries, work, emotions, food patterns, decisions, or current season of life.
-
You can leave with clearer language for what has been happening, a deeper understanding of your patterns, practical ways to remain connected to yourself, and the experience of being witnessed without being judged or fixed. Return to Yourself and future groups are offered seasonally; when enrollment is closed, you can join the interest list.
Custom Experiences
-
I create customized workshops and group experiences for teams, organizations, schools, studios, wellness practices, recovery communities, shelters, retreats, community groups, private gatherings, and events. You can bring me a topic—such as burnout, procrastination, communication, boundaries, confidence, stress, or self-trust—or simply describe what your people are facing. I shape the experience around the group rather than delivering the same presentation to every room.
-
I teach yoga, barre, strength-based sculpt, meditation, restorative movement, grounding, mobility, and Pilates-inspired mat movement for groups across a wide range of ages, abilities, and settings. Sessions may be energizing, strength-focused, slow, restorative, playful, or combined with reflection and connection. I have taught participants from elementary-aged children through older adults in schools, studios, recovery centers, shelters, wellness spaces, teams, retreats, girls’ nights, and bachelorette gatherings.
-
These offerings are for leaders, organizations, facilitators, event hosts, community organizers, schools, recovery communities, teams, and private groups who want to give people more than another generic presentation or class. Experiences may include coaching, teaching, reflection, discussion, somatic practices, movement, mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, creative expression such as somatic painting, and practical application.
-
Participants can leave with clearer language for the issue being explored, practical ways to apply what they learned, and an experience that feels relevant to the people in the room. Depending on the purpose, the group may leave feeling more connected, grounded, reflective, energized, confident, or capable of responding differently. The goal is to create something meaningful enough to use—not simply enjoyable enough to forget the next day.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
You do not need to decide before reaching out. If you want individualized support for something affecting your personal life, relationships, decisions, habits, or emotional well-being, private coaching is likely the best place to begin. Group coaching offers guided personal work in community. Workshops, partnerships, and movement experiences are designed for organizations, teams, schools, retreats, recovery communities, and private groups. Tell me what is happening or what you want to create, and we can determine the next step together.
-
Many people who come to me are already highly self-aware. You may understand where a pattern began and recognize it clearly afterward while still feeling unable to interrupt it in the moment. Awareness matters, but intellectually understanding a pattern is different from having another response available when the emotion is present and something important feels at risk. We work with the gap between knowing and doing.
-
Sessions are shaped around what you are experiencing and what would be most useful that day. You might bring a recent situation, repeating behavior, emotional reaction, relationship dynamic, or difficult decision. I listen closely, ask direct questions, reflect what I genuinely see, and help you recognize connections that may be difficult to see from inside the experience. You will not be taken through the same script every week.
-
No. Coaching is a collaborative personal-development service. It is not psychotherapy, counseling, medical care, diagnosis, crisis support, or treatment for trauma, an eating disorder, or a mental-health condition. My approach is trauma-informed, which means I recognize that past experiences may influence present behavior, relationships, emotions, beliefs, and physical responses. If your needs fall outside coaching, I will communicate that honestly and may recommend an appropriately licensed professional.
-
Most private coaching sessions take place virtually through Zoom, which allows me to work with clients in different locations. Limited in-person coaching may be available through local partnerships or individual arrangements. Session length, frequency, and the overall coaching relationship depend on the option selected and the support that fits your needs. We will discuss the structure before you make a decision.
-
Private coaching options, payment arrangements, and what is included are discussed during the complimentary consultation. I do not publish prices on the website because I want you to understand the depth, structure, and fit of the work before making a decision from a number without context. The consultation does not obligate you to enroll.

No. I can support clients in understanding behavioral and emotional patterns involving food, body image, shame, avoidance, self-trust, and follow-through. I do not diagnose or treat eating disorders, prescribe meal plans, or provide medical nutrition therapy. Someone experiencing an active or suspected eating disorder may need care from an appropriately licensed medical, mental-health, or nutrition professional.
