You know what you want to change.
So why does the same thing keep happening?
Maybe you keep saying yes when you mean no. You replay decisions until you no longer know what you want. You avoid something important until pressure forces you to act. You reach for food for relief, shut down when you want to speak, work until you are exhausted, or lose yourself in relationships.
You may understand exactly what you are doing and still feel unable to change it when the moment actually arrives.
At Congruence Collective, I help you uncover the full pattern beneath these moments—what is driving the response, what keeps it in place, and what needs to change—so you can recognize it earlier, respond differently, and create change that holds up in your actual life.
There’s More Beneath the Behavior.
Lasting change does not come from adding more shame, pressure, or self-criticism to the behavior you are trying to change.
It begins by understanding the full pattern creating it.
Notice what happens before the automatic response and connect the behavior to what you are thinking, feeling, expecting, and trying to avoid or receive.
Recognize The Pattern
Make sense of why the pattern developed, what keeps bringing it back, and what it has been helping you manage.
Understand What Is Driving It
Practice staying connected to yourself long enough to choose what reflects what you know, need, value, and genuinely want.
Build A Different Response
Most approaches begin with the final behavior.
I help you connect what is happening now to the beliefs, judgments, roles, and responses you learned throughout childhood and adulthood. Together, we understand what formed the pattern, work with what is keeping it active, and practice a response that reflects who you are and what you want now. This work helps you hold boundaries, follow through without panic, and stay connected to yourself when life becomes uncomfortable.
The goal is not to become unaffected by life. It is to stop allowing old patterns to keep deciding how you live it.

Hi. I’m Madalyn.
Founder, Certified Somatic & Nervous System Coach
I know this work from both sides.
I know what it is like to understand what is not working, analyze it repeatedly, and still return to the same response when the moment becomes real. What changed my life was not more discipline or control. It was learning to recognize the beliefs, fears, judgments, past experiences, and protective responses shaping my behavior—and working with them instead of continuing to fight myself.
That transformation led me into formal training in somatic and nervous-system coaching, behavior change, emotional processing, parts work, and embodiment—and into years of coaching people privately and in groups.
When I work with someone, I am deeply invested. I remember what matters, recognize what repeats, tell you what I genuinely see, and challenge you with care without making you feel broken.
I do not want you to become dependent on my answers. I want you to hear your own voice, trust your judgment, and become fully capable of leading a life that belongs to you.
You do not need to understand the entire pattern before you begin.
Bring me the behavior, decision, relationship, emotion, or part of your life that keeps repeating.
Together, we will uncover what is keeping you there and build a way forward that belongs to you.
